This is a new page from a short story I completed and will be published in Moral Geometry No 3. I have a fascination and love for old carnival freaks and circuses. This 12 page comic story, more like little vignettes, is all about these lovely folk but interpreted through my wonky art style. Not sure if it works, but it was fun to do none the less. 1. HA! Yeah, he does kinda look like Pinhead doesn't he. I wasn't thinking of Pinhead as I drew him. There are actually freaks from long long ago who did such things as piercing one's self. After I finished drawing him I thought, "Oh boy, he does look like Pinhead a little bit". Ah well.

  2. People now-a-days are still doing it. I watch Taboo on National Geographic, so yeah, I am in the know ;) His face is very Pinhead plus the fact that he looks like he has no skin also reminds me of Hellraiser. It must've been sitting in your subconscious.
