THE PROJECTS OF SEAN ANDRESS
She has a sick sense of humor? Another bit of awesome Sean :)
Aw thanks. This was a different type of collage for me. There's more photos glued together and less paint smeared around in the empty spaces. Hey, do you make any art besides collages?
Yes, I do on occasion. I draw and paint, but I prefer the dry mediums. Lately I have been working on my photography skills. My dad and I are doing a "photo-a-day" sort of project. I love it because it has really been training my eyes to see things in a different way. Everything is a potential bit of art.
Very cool about the photography. Are you posting your "photo-a-day" pics on a blog somewhere? I'd like to see them. I would like to do photography. I suppose the closest I get is directing some silly short films that are up on YouTube. And you're right, everything is a potential bit of art. I agree!!!
Nope, no blog. I just post-em as I go on the facebook. If you are really interested I'll post some links here to some of my favorites, like I did with the collages. I would enjoy your thoughts :) I'd love to watch your youtube vids. Should I just search for your name or....?
Yeah, I'd very much like to see your photos. Please send some links! For my silly short films, here's the link to my YouTube page that has them: http://www.youtube.com/user/1777Publishing
Okay so here are some of my favorites. I may be a retard but I could not for the life of me figure out how to rotate some of my photos with this service, sooooo you are just going to have to turn your head to one side ;PThis guy is an alien...he will dance out of your belly.
Some trees and such...http://imgur.com/nYgGFhttp://imgur.com/yjl9ihttp://imgur.com/Xj5ruhttp://imgur.com/Ury9P
I reckon I have bored you enough but I will bore you more if you want me to.
You're not boring me at all. But unfortunately the images in your last post, the links weren't working so I couldn't see those. BUT, I did see the others. My favorites are the Praying Mantis photo and the one photo of a red tree that's illuminated from below. I like that one very very much. In fact, funny as it sounds, I like that one on it's side better than standing up straight! It makes it look more abstract and it almost doesn't look like a tree when it's on it's side. It looks like some spooky veins reaching toward the sky. Nice composition on that one and really nice color too!!! That deep red against the dark blue sky is really atmospheric. I quite like! Thanks again for sharing!!! Take care.
